PLEASE NOTE (new information);
The new gate across the driveway at Culgoa is now operational. If you need code to get in, text Joy at 0418199840. The keypad is on the post near the gate and there is a sensor pad you drive over to get out. There is also a button at the end of the garden bed to be pressed for 5 seconds to get out if on foot. A proximity fob for your use is now in the unit.
Please also note that the Body Corporate has notified that no weddings are to be held at Culgoa Point.
Unit 16 is available for private rental. Ground floor unit opening directly onto the beach. 3 1/2 acres of gardens, swimming pool, spa, BBQ’s, tennis court and onsite parking next to the door.
